I've gained 20 lb in the last year. It's not sustainable to rely on your "conventionally attractive" parts for confidence bc our bodies change constantly. It's a lesson I keep relearning.

Finally feeling better about my body after loosing 130lbs in 2 years. Got about 40lbs more to loose. Slow and steady
